1. Service Agreement:
Amigos On The Move agrees to provide moving services, including loading, transportation, and unloading, as per the customer's requirements and agreed-upon terms.
2. Booking and Payment:
a. Booking: To secure your moving date, a reservation must be made in advance. Contact us through our official website or customer service channels to schedule your move.
b. Payment: A $50 deposit is due before the moving day, before the commencement of the service. The remainder of the payment is due on the moving day when the job is complete. We accept cash, credit cards, and other approved payment methods.
3. Pricing and Estimates:
a. Estimate: We provide customers with an electronic estimate detailing the expected cost of the move based on the information provided by the customer. The final price may vary due to additional services, unforeseen circumstances, or any change in the initial requirements.
b. Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for services not specified in the original estimate, delays caused by the customer or external factors, or if additional manpower or materials are required to complete the move.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
a. Cancellation: If you need to cancel your move, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled moving date. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of $50.
b. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your move, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
5. Customer's Responsibilities:
a. Accurate Information: The customer must provide accurate and complete information about the inventory, packing requirements, and any special handling instructions to ensure a smooth move.
b. Accessibility: The customer must ensure proper access for our moving team and vehicles to the pick-up and drop-off locations.
c. Packing: The customer is responsible for appropriately packing their belongings unless otherwise agreed in the service contract.
6. Liability:
Limited Liability: While we take utmost care in handling your belongings, Amigos On The Move shall not be held liable for any damage or loss, except in cases of proven negligence on our part.
7. Force Majeure:
Amigos On The Move shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation, or failure to perform our services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, accidents, strikes, or government interventions.
8. Feedback and Complaints:
We value customer feedback. If you have any complaints or suggestions, please contact us immediately through our official channels, and we will strive to address your concerns promptly and fairly.
